Brasília, 6/21/2004(Agência Brasil) - President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva Has ordered the creation of a 1,500-man National Security Force by the end of this year. The force will be specially trained to resolve security problems that states cannot handle. At present, regular Armed Forces soldiers are used in such situations.
