Brasília, 7/17/2003 (Agência Brasil - ABr) - The new National Qualification Plan (Plano Nacional de Qualificação) (PNQ) has been inaugurated by the minister of Labor, Jacques Wagner. The objective of the plan is to integrate government programs for social inclusion and professional training with other programs, dealing with jobs, income and education for workers. (AB)
