Brasília, October 14, 2002 (Agência Brasil - ABr) - Uruguay is Brazil's newest partner in the exchange of social projects. This week, it implanted its version of the Navigate Project, which was created in 1999, by Lars Grael, secretary of Sports. Since May, Brazilian assistants have been in Uruguay to assist in adopting the project.

Paraguay has also expressed interest in the Pintando a Liberdade project (which gives work to prison inmates). (AB)
