Mumbai - At one of the panel discussion groups at the World Social Forum, presidential aide for Foreign Affairs, Marco Aurélio Garcia, called for a United Nations reform. Garcia also emphasized the importance of making the reform participatory. "Nowadays almost all UN agencies have sister groups outside in civil society. Those groups are recognized by the UN.
