Brasília, June 17, 2003 (Agência Brasil - ABr) - On Wednesday (18), Armin Burmeister, president of Bayer S.A. and spokesman for the Bayer Group in Brazil, will present the Minister of Food Security and Hunger Alleviation (MESA), José Graziano, a truckload of the company's products.
What is new is that the donation marks the beginning of sales tax (ICMS) exemption for products donated by companies to the Zero Hunger Program. Graziano will present Bayer, as well, with the 22nd Company Partner Certificate from the Zero Hunger Program, since Bayer's project fits in with the Program's guidelines. (DAS)
