Brasília, 18 (Agência Brasil - ABr) - After signing a law yesterday which establishes rules for rodeos in Brazil, president Fernando Henrique Cardoso said that with the new law rodeo animals will get appropriate treatment and cowboys will be respected. "The truth is that in rodeos animals are special and cowboys must have safety," said Cardoso, adding that in reality rodeos have always been a Brazilian tradition. (AB)
