Rio, 16 (Agência Brasil - ABr) - The president of the Central Bank, Armínio Fraga, says that Brazil continues to live a paradox: it manages to attract a large volume of direct foreign investments but not many investments in its capital markets, from either domestic or foreign investors. Fraga said the solution calls for a more secure macroeconomic climate and a stronger financial market headed by the Securities Exchange Commission (CVM). (AB)
