Brazil and Mexico sign commercial agreement

Brasília, 4 (Agência Brasil - ABr) - Brazil and Mexico have signed a complementary economic agreement on trade relations (yesterday, July 3) to promote the development and diversification of bilateral commerce and provide a stimulus for private sector investments between both countries. A protocol for dispute settlement was also signed. Signing the agreements were the Brazilian Foreign Minister, Celso Lafer, and the Mexican Commerce minister, Luis Ernesto Verbez, at a ceremony in the presence of presidents Cardoso and Fox. (AB)
