Kraków, 26 (Agência Brasil - ABr) - Today president Fernando Henrique Cardoso once again spoke of European farm subsidies, this time calling them scandalous because they permit European goods to compete with Brazilian goods in other markets. The subsidies are not to keep Brazil out of Europe, but to keep Brazil out of other markets, said the president. Cardoso called that "unacceptable." (AB)
