"We repudiate terror and its related ills and urge that they be combated through the most widespread pooling of efforts possible. But we don't ignore the urgent need to address the causes of dogmatism and intolerance, specially the conflict in the Middle East, which has been in need of a fair and definitive solution for some time," he said.
