Brasília, 22 (Agência Brasil - ABr) - Tomorrow, minister of Environment, José Sarney Filho, will inaugurate the Recreational Use Program of the Fernando de Noronha Marine Park (Programa de Uso Recreativo do Parque Nacional Marinho de Fernando de Noronha). The program is the result of four years of work by the Brazilian Environmental Institute (Ibama) and the WWF-Brasil. The program objective is to improve tourism infrastructure and provide protection for Park area biodiversity. The physical plant at the new park is unheard of in Brazil, and includes visitation zoning, trails, information folders and monitoring opportunities. (AB)
