Brasília, 6 (Agência Brasil - ABr) - TBA, one of Brazil's biggest software firms, and TATA, one of India's biggest business groups, have signed a partnership agreement for the development of business solutions and technology. The new group will be called TSC, and will be located in the Brasilia region.

TATA operates in information, steel and services. TBA is headquartered in Brasilia and provides software for security, management and data transmission.

The partnership deal is worth some US$290 million and should create 200 jobs in its first year of operation. (AB)
