Brasília, March 5, 2004 (Agência Brasil - ABr) - Over the next two months an inter-ministerial group made up of representatives of 19 federal government Ministries and Special Secretariats will define a new National Youth Policy. The group was installed yesterday (4) in the Planalto Palace in the presence of 13 Ministers. The work will be coordinated by Presidential Chief of Staff, Minister Luiz Dulci, and will have as its goal the integration of the government's diverse activities directed at young people. At the end of the two months, the group hopes to be able to present a document to President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva with guidelines for a new Youth Policy. (DAS)
