Brasília - Social Security system medical experts, who evaluate patients and their problems, are still on strike. According to the doctor's trade association (Associação Nacional dos Médicos Peritos da Previdência Social) the group was not happy with the latest round of talks with the government because of the salary proposal. It left a lot to be desired, was the way the association president, Eduardo Almeida, described it.

The association has planned a meeting today to decide on whether or not to continue the strike. (AB)
