Goiânia, 10/27/2003 (Agência Brasil - ABr) - Minister of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade, Luiz Fernando Furlan, has been selected Man of the Year for 2003 by the Brazil-German Chamber of Commerce of São Paulo, and the Confederation of German Chambers of Commerce and Industry. The award is given annually to a Brazilian and a German. It was also given to H. Stern, the jeweler. This is the award's ninth year. (AB)
