São Paulo, March 17, 2003 (Agência Brasil - ABr) - The Federal Government wants to create a program to guarantee the gratuitousness of civil registry for those 12 years of age and over, said the Minister of the Special Secretariat of Human Rights, Nilmário Miranda, on Friday (14), in this capital. The Zero Hunger Program will begin with civil documentation. "On April 3, Minister Graziano and I will make an official agreement to cooperate in the training of Zero Hunger program agents to orient people about obtaining documents," he said. The Minister informed that, besides the Zero Hunger, the Rights Counters will be used, through accords with the Courts of Justice, Citizenship Secretariats, universities, and NGO's. (DAS)
