Rio, 10 (Agência Brasil - ABr) - Minister of Foreign Relations, Celso Lafer, criticized reports by rating agencies which placed Brazil's risk at the same level as that of Argentina and Nigeria. "Anyone with knowledge of the economies in these countries knows that such a conclusion is neither carefully thought out nor rational," said the minister, adding that those countries face grave economic problems.
