Brasília, 10 (Agência Brasil - ABr) - Minister of Science and Technology, Ronaldo Sardenberg, launched yesterday a system to evaluate standards of biological material. "Nowadays it is practically impossible for any product to obtain access to the world's most important markets without meeting standards set by those markets," warned the minister.

Sardenberg explained that the new system should be operational by the end of the year. The objective is to certify products so as to enable them to obtain access to international markets. (AB)
