Brasilia, 28 (Agência Brasil - ABr) - The National Sustainable Rural Development Council (CNDRS) will elaborate the first National Plan of Sustainable Rural Development. The council intends to work the next 10 months to prepare a plan for all activities in rural areas. The final version will be analyzed at the '1st National Conference for Sustainable Development of Rural Brazil', which will be held in Brasilia on November 15 to 17.

In March, the organizing committee will inaugurate a network aimed at discussing the development of rural Brazil. This network will utilize all the available means of communication, with emphasis on the use of the Internet. (MW)
