Brazil and China sign treaty to combat terrorism and other crimes

Brasilia, 28 (Agência Brasil - ABr) - Minister of Justice Aloysio Nunes Ferreira and the Minister of Public Security of China, Jia Chunwang, signed yesterday in Brasilia a joint declaration to strengthen international cooperation in the combat of terrorism, narcotrafficking, kidnapping, and other types of organized crimes. In the declaration, the two ministers pledged to sign, as soon as possible, a treaty between the governments of Brazil and China to combat international organized crime. (MW)
