Brazil suspends imports of pork from France

Brasília, 7 (Agência Brasil - ABr) - Brazil has temporarily suspended imports of live pigs and pork products from France due to reports of classic swine disease there. According to the Department of Animal and Plant Inspection director, Denise Euclydes Marinho, Brazil will resume imports only after the problem is resolved and France makes an official communication of the fact that the disease has been eliminated.
