Brasília, 15 (Agência Brasil - ABr) - World Bank director for Brazil, Vinod Thomas, declared yesterday that because of optimistic perspectives with regard to the Brazilian economy, the institution should release US$850 million in the second half of this year, with US$400 million for the energy sector and US$450 million for financial sector restructuring.
