São Paulo, November 19, 2002 (Agência Brasil - ABr) - President-elect Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (popularly known as Lula) informed that he should announce his Cabinet by the end of the first fortnight of December. Lula emphasized his relief at not being submitted to any kind of pressure in the composition of his administration. "I have taken the initiative to converse with all political forces, and I hope, when I finish, to have the maximum possible political representation, because I need a good alliance to govern the country," he added.
