São Paulo, March 23, 2004 (Agência Brasil) - The Brazilian entrepreneurs who are participating in the booth organized by the Arab-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce (CCAB) at the Cairo International Fair, in Egypt, have no reason to complain about the first six days of the fair. Through yesterday (22) afternoon, the event had already given them the chance to make over 300 contacts with potential importers of products "made in Brazil."

The CCAB scheduled a business meeting with the Association of Egyptian Entrepreneurs (EBA) on March 25, for all the Brazilian exhibitors and approximately 50 Arab entrepreneurs. The presidents of the Arab-Brazilian Chamber, Paulo Sérgio Atallah, and the Brazilian Export Promotion Agency (Apex), Juan Quirós, are expected to attend the meeting.

According to the secretary-general of the CCAB, Michel Alaby, during the fair four potential buyers -- Palestine, Sudan, Libya, and India -- demonstrated interest in importing various products from Brazil.
