Brasília, June 17, 2003 (Agência Brasil - ABr) - Today and tomorrow (18), in Washington (USA), Paulo Roberto Teixeira, coordinator of the Brazilian Aids Program of the Ministry of Health, will present the results of a study coordinated by the scientist Amilcar Tanuri, of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, on the quality of the anti-retroviral therapy used in Brazil. Teixeira will present the results of the Brazilian therapy at a meeting to evaluate the results of some of the treatments financed by the World Bank (IBRD) in African and Caribbean countries. (DAS)
