Brasília, 6/18/2003 (Agência Brasil - ABr) - Brazil's Chief Justice (presidente do Supremo Tribunal Federal) (STF), Maurício Corrêa, says that the social security reform bill the government sent to congress could destabilize the country's justice system.
Corrêa said that if necessary he would go on nationwide TV and radio to explain the "true" position of the Judiciary branch regarding social security reform. "If different careers do not have different parameters, the consequences could be unpredictable," he said. (AB)
