Brasília – In a 15-page document, 76 priests and ministers from four different Christian churches (Catholic and Protestant) level criticism at the government's land reform program and the São Francisco River transbasin diversion project, and call the conclusions reached by the Parliamentary Investigative Commissions (CPIs) "shameful."

Spokespersons for the Ministry of Agrarian Development and the National Land Reform Institute (Incra) declared that they will not comment on the document until it is officially released.
