São Paulo, 12 (Agência Brasil - ABr) - The president of the Central Bank, Armínio Fraga, says that yesterday's bond issue of US$1 billion on foreign money markets to raise capítal for the country's reserves was successful. The issue consisted of global bonds in dollars which will mature in 8 years. The capital raised will become part of Brazil's international reserves on April 16. (AB)
