Secretary of National Treasury resigns

Brasilia – The Secretary of the National Treasury, Joaquim Levy, asked to be released from his position, this Tuesday (28), and accepted the invitation to integrate the Vice Presidency of Finance and Administration of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB).

According to a note issued by the Press Service of the Ministry of Finance, the new Minister of Finance, Guido Mantega, has already accepted Levy’s request.
