Rio, 11/4/2003 (Agência Brasil - ABr) - With the objective of discussing partnerships, and business and investment opportunities, a commercial mission from Holland arrived in Rio de Janeiro on Monday, led by that country's foreign minister, Van Buitelandse Zaken.

The 20-member mission met with the Rio state secretary of Energy, Shipbuilding and Petroleum, Wagner Victer, who presented investment proposals to the group. (AB)
