Brasília, 23 (Agência Brasil - ABr) - The acting chief justice of the Superior Labor Court (TST), Vantuil Abdala, says that he favors expanding the jurisdiction of Labor Courts to deal with civil servants at the federal, state and municipal levels. "There is no reason that Labor Courts cannot deal with these cases," he said. "Among jurists there is a consensus that all labor relations should come under the jursidiction of Labor Courts with the final objective of reducing labor conflicts," said the judge. (AB)
