Brasília, 17 (Agência Brasil - ABr) - The minister of Science and Technology, Ronaldo Sardenberg, said yesterday (16) that Brazil will not simply look at the global changes underway in the science, technology and innovation areas, but participate in the process. To reach this purpose, the government has presented policies to encourrage the increase of investments in science and technology. Besides increasing the available resources for S&T projects, the government also attracted the productive sector to the innovation process. He empahasized three federal initiatives for the sector: the National Company Incubators Support Program, the Innovate Project Innovate and the Millenium Institute Program. (WPS)
