NEWS IN ENGLISH – Foreign trade has surplus of $1.8 billion in July

Brasília – Brazil’s foreign trade surplus in July, up to July 10, was $1.871 billion, with exports of $6.905 billion and imports at $5.034 billion.


The cumulative surplus for the year is now $14.837 billion, with the daily (working day) average value of exports at $114.1 million (up 68%, compared to the same period last year).


Total exports for 2011 are now at $125.208 billion, and imports at $110.371 billion.
