Brazil and Nigeria discuss cooperation in agriculture, defense, and health

Brasília - The Brazilian minister of Foreign Relations, Celso Amorim, and the Nigerian minister of Foreign Affairs, Oluyemi Adeniji, are meeting today (14) to discuss bilateral cooperation in the areas of agriculture, defense, and the campaign against HIV/AIDS.

Their agenda will also cover the Africa-South America Summit, scheduled to take place in Nigeria in November, the promotion of sustainable development, and the struggle against hunger and poverty.

Adeniji also plans to meet with the president of the Chamber of Deputies, Aldo Rebelo, and the minister of Mines and Energy, Silas Rondeau.
