Congressional investigation team travels to US

Brasília - Three members of the Post Office Congressional Investigative Commission (Comissão Parlamentar Mista de Inquérito (CPMI) dos Correios) will travel to the United States today. They will be investigating the existence of bank accounts in the name of adman (publicitário) Duda Mendonça, who ran the victorious Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva presidential campaign in 2002. The mission will be led by the commission redactor (relator), deputy Osmar Serraglio (PMDB-PR), and the deputy redactors (relatores-adjuntos) Eduardo Paes (PSDB-RJ) and Maurício Rands (PT-RS).
