Rio, 3/4/2004 (Agência Brasil - ABr) - When president Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva makes an official visit to China in May, one of the agreements he signs should be a cooperation partnership between state-run petroleum companies in both countries. Petrobras and Sinopec have already begun discussions on joint endeavors in petroleum, natural gas and the petrochemical sectors, as well as exploration and production, and commercialization and refining.
