São Paulo stock market jumps 3.74%

Brasília, 1/27/2004 (Agência Brasil - ABr) - The São Paulo stock market (Bolsa de Valores de São Paulo) (Bovespa) closed up 3,74% yesterday, at 24,349.

Meanwhile the commercial dollar was up slightly, 0.18%, at R$2.844 (buy) and R$2.846 (sell). The Brazil risk premium was down 0.23% at 427. (AB)
