Government legal office in Brasilia begins to register volunteers

Brasília, 26 (Agência Brasil - ABr) - Beginning today, government legal offices in the Federal District (Ministério Público do Distrito Federal e Territórios) (MPDFT) is registering volunteers for civic and institutional activities. "We are the first government legal offices in the country to do this," says the MPDFT director general, José Paes. The volunteers can work in programs such as Pro-Citizen which provides governmental services. Volunteers must be able to work 4 hours a week. (AB)
