Brasília, October 29, 2002 (Agência Brasil - ABr) - According to the Mexican embassy, yesterday the president of Mexico, Vicente Fox, congratulated president elect, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, for his victory, saying that the Brazilian election was an example of democracy, stability and credibility. Fox also invited Lula to visit Mexico and begin talks even before he takes office. (AB)
