Brasília - Today the president of Nigeria, Olusegun Obasanjo, arrives for an official visit. In the morning he will meet with president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, visit the Supreme Court (Supremo Tribunal Federal) (STF) and the Senate. In the afternoon, Obasanjo will speak to students at the Rio Branco Institute. Tomorrow, as the special guest of Lula, he will attend Independence Day commemorations.
