Brasília - In its second and final day, the international seminar on "Proposals for a New Criminal Prosecution Model - Impunity Combat," will continue with discussions of preliminary police investigations and penal action by courts, along with issues such as presumption of innocence, appeals and aggravated crimes.

Among others, the president of the Election Board (Tribunal Superior Eleitoral) (TSE), Carlos Mário Velloso; the deputy underprosecutor of the Republic, Cláudio Lemos Fonteles; and the president of the São Paulo Election Board (Tribunal Regional Eleitoral de São Paulo) (TRE-SP), Álvaro Lazzarini, will participate in today's event.
