Brasília, November 21, 2002 (Agência Brasil - ABr) - The president of the World Bank, James Wolfensohn, told president-elect Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva today that the institution that he heads will be a partner of the new Brazilian administration. According to him, the World Bank wants to be part of the Program to Combat Hunger, which will be one of the priorities of Lula's administration. (DAS)
