Brasília, 12 (Agência Brasil - ABr) - The federal government launched yesterday the National Competency Exam for Youths and Adults (Encceja) who complete so-called supplementary elementary and high school courses. The program is optional for states and municipals. The Encceja could become a kind of national certificate of general education. In order to take the exam for elementary school, students must be at least 15, and for the high school exam, 18. (AB)
