Brasília, 12 (Agência Brasil - ABr) - With the presence of ministers of Education and representatives of 26 Latin American countries, research papers and programs were presented at an international conference on "Teacher Performance in Latin America and the Caribbean."

One of the reports presented was by the World Bank and Unesco on violence in Brazilian schools. The report made a series of recommendations on dealing with the problem. (AB)
