Brasília - The minister of Science and Technology, Sérgio Rezende, has begun a five-day visit to Egypt. He is meeting today (29), in Cairo, with the Egyptian minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Amr Ezzat Salama. The purpose is to discuss cooperation between the two countries in the educational field. Starting tomorrow (30), Rezende will be in the city of Alexandria, where he will remain until December 3, participating in the 16th General Conference of the Academy of Sciences for the Developing World (TWAS, from its former designation, the Third World Academy of Sciences).
