Brasília - Today the Ministry of Foreign Relations is holding a seminar to discuss commercial opportunities and the possibility of creating free trade zones that would unite Mercosur and India, and Mercosur and the South African Customs Union (SACU), which consists of South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Lesoto and Suaziland. The seminar will be opened by minister of Foreign Relations, Celso Amorim.
