Brasília - Today the Chamber of Deputies Ethics Commission (Comissão de Ética e Decoro Parlamentar da Câmara dos Deputados) will hear testimony from adman Marcos Valério Fernandes de Souza's ex-secretary, Fernanda Karina Somaggio. She claims that Marcos Valério filled suitcases with money for the PT. Marcos Valério has been accused, by deputy Roberto Jefferson (PTB-RJ), of being the deliveryman for the monthly allowance (mesada) that the PT supposedly paid to deputies of the PL and the PP so that they would vote with the government.
