Brasília - The Ministry of Foreign Relations just released the contents of the message sent by President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva to George W. Bush, congratulating him on his re-election. In the message, Lula says he is convinced that Brazil and the United States will continue to deepen their bonds of friendship and fruitful relations. The two countries will also help advance their common aspirations on the global level in the battle against "poverty, insecurity, and other sources of imbalance and instability in the context of a more just and democratic world order."
