Brasília - The Secretariat for Human Rights will send a representative to São Paulo to observe the investigation into the deaths of homeless people there. The representative is the secretariat's ombudsman, Pedro Montenegro, who has met with local authorities, police officials and members of civil associations. Montenegro said that the federal government is determined to provide all the assistance necessary to resolve the case.
