Brasília - The 23rd Group of Rio Foreign Minister Meeting ended on Friday in Brasilia. The ministers of 19 South and Central America countries signed a Letter of Intentions on regional energy and economy. They also discussed investment mechanisms, hunger and misery combat, strengthening multilateralism, international and regional issues, strengthening cooperation and the situation in Haiti. Finally, the ministers began preparations for the 18th Group of Rio summit scheduled for November 4 and 5 in Rio de Janeiro.
